Wash and Fold Questions
Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 5:30PM and Saturday from 8:30AM to 2PM.
We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold.

Our minimum for drop-off wash dry fold is $11 or 4 lbs. of laundry, which is easily met.
Generally, most orders are ready for pick-up 2 business days (Monday through Saturday) from the time they are dropped off. When your order is ready to pick up, we will notify you and keep it safe and secure until your arrival.
Good gosh no! We strive to maintain and clean service that works diligently to avoid mix-ups, losses, and most importantly cross-contamination. Your laundry will be washed, dried, and folded separately from all others.

Yes.
Your order can be delivered as soon as 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday).
It is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
Just let us know; we'll be happy to oblige to the best of our abilities.
For drop-off orders, just let our attendant know.
For online orders, please input your requests in as much detail as possible in the special instructions and preferences fields. Please also bag and label such items separately according to the special treatment the contents in the bag should get.
For instance, if you need just some of your items washed in a delicate cycle and tumble dried on low, please bag those items separately and let us know in your notes which bag contains those items.
No there is not. You can cancel at any time.
Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can suspend your service until you return. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
